Very friendly and helpful.
(Why you would expect them to honour a voucher that you don't have with you is beyond me!)

not very friendly or helpful

ok, but the staff we not very friendly or helpful. I had a voucher to use but I had left it at home. Even though I could give them the code I was told this was not acceptable and they needed the voucher. I had to go all the way back home to get it.
