Terrible exprience very rude one of the staff

Really bad exprince today with one of the lady staff. I did not had a measurement of the item I needed, instead of offering a help to find the part, she started scolding saying I should only go to them if I have the item number, But I had the part that I needed to show them as I did not know how to find it. It is like she is trying to get her work frustaration on us. We had leaflet of this screwfix at our store just to promote them but I am getting rid of this today as they not worth it. Managers really need to look on this as its not acceptable to treat a customer like that. Not going there again
