Contacted Scratch Magic on 4/9/19 came round same evening and gave me the quote made arrangement for the work to be done , received phone call the evening before saying could not come (illness in family ) rearranged for 17th sept 2019 did not turn up .I phoned them to be told he was now ill would phone me when he was better!! I phoned again and was booked in 3rd October did NOT turn up again (3rd time) I have phoned his land line and mobile number does not answer either , phoned 2hours later and his mobile tuned off !! what a way to do business !! take my advice DONT bother with this company complete waste of time. Cost my wife a days pay as she had to take the time off of work.
His work may be good but I will never know because he does NOT keep his word and turn up to do the work.

THEY SAVED US A FORTUNE AND DONE A GREAT JOB

WE HAD DAMAGE TO OUR REAR BUMPER AND HAD BEEN TOLD WE WOULD HAVE TO HAVE IT REPLACED FOR £500 BY ANOTHER BODY SHOP, SCRATCH MAGIC REPAIRED IT FOR A FRACTION OF THE COST AND YOU WOULD NEVER TELL, ONLY TOOK A FEW HOURS AS WELL
