Poor diary management and communication.

We asked Scott to cut our garden lawn on a three-weekly basis after getting quoted in March to start in April. So far, they have only turned up on the correct date twice. Most recently, no apology or explanation was given. I would avoid using if you need to stick to set dates.

Never had such a reliable and efficient gardener to maintain our communal gardens in Glasgow's East End. Price is extremely competitive and twenty or so neighbours delighted with the work. Can't recommend him highly enough. His reliabilty is a big selling point for us.
