Absolutely expert knowledge and work. Pete is brilliant and charges a very reasonable price.
Last time we went in there, he diagnosed a problem and sorted it free of charge. Took him 10mins. We then bought a couple bits and bobs but he didn't know we were going to do that.

The guy who runs this shop seems to have an endless amount of patience i am pretty clueless about bikes and he will answer any question no matter how long it takes him you dont get service like that these days parts and labour are very affordable.

If you want exceptional service and great communication Scott cycles is the cycle shop for you, I have used Scotts cycles for many years and will continue to do so for the excellent care service and communication I get each and every time I use Scotts nothing is too much trouble. Good old fashioned honesty and sound advice. Definitely the only cycle shop for me.

To the review that said 'arrogant and unhelpful ' I would say "actions speak louder than words". It's old fashioned and the assumption seems to be that the customer is always wrong. But that is to the customer's benefit. Peter, like his father before him, won't sell you something you don't need and you are certainly not paying for the overheads of the shop. So go with the flow, don't be too proud, and listen to what an expert has to say. You'll learn something that will probably save you in the long run.
