Scotsway Roofing

I got a quote for fitting upvc fascias from John at Scotsway Roofing in Dec 2021. In March 2022, John and a couple of guys came to do the work. They removed my drainpipes then told me they would have to go and buy the materials. Unprofessional. On return, I was told the job would cost £500 more than quoted. Even more unprofessional. John was unable to get the job done that day and my drains have been lying in the garden since then. John was never able to give me a concrete date to get the work done, just false promises but mostly he ghosted me, either not answering or not messaging me back at all. Very frustrating. After I posted a review, John was suddenly able to contact me and begged me to remove it! Tbh, John did explain that he had personal problems. Having waited endlessly, I now need to contact other companies to get the fascias done. My roofline where I have had no drain for months is looking very damp. Scotsway are unreliable. Best avoided!

Called them out as I had a leak on my roof. They came out the next day with a quote and started the day after. They were quick and was keen to let me know what they were doing. I've not had any problems and no leaks. Highly recommend

Called scotsway roofing out for emergency leak. They responded quickly and repaired leak. Would recommend.

Very good and professional at all times, carried out the work in a timely manner.
