Please feel free to visit the website at www.scifit.co.uk and check out some of the testimonials. We have our own private gym with appoiontments made in advance on a 1 to 1 basis. No hanging about, no contracts, pay as you go in complete privacy.
However, if you would prefer to train at your own home we could come and visit you anywhere in the Teesside area.
We now also offer full nutritional support and sports masage facilities.
