Poor communication

I cannot say if they are good or not. I’ve sent a request of an estimation almost 3 weeks ago and, despite a kind reminder, I’ve never received a reply. Very poor customer service

Avoid!

Really disappointing. I used them in 2015 and they were fine, but now they have damaged a treasured chest of drawers, upholstered an armchair in a completely odd way without discussing it with me, and been petulant and childish when I complained, telling me to collect my furniture as they weren't going to do any more for me.

Would fully recommend

On sending detailed photographs across of my Regency Dining Table, Schryver provided an accurate quote and completed the work to polish and restore to an excellent standard. Would fully recommend.
