Terrible Experience!!

Absolutely awful business! Both the Manager Jason and his Assistant Frankie extremely rude and unhelpful. Both need to go on a Course on Politeness, Good manners and Customer care. We had an issue with a badly manufactured garment and they used every tactic not to replace the garment when it was obvious it had been badly made. They are the middle-man so couldn't understand why they tried to blame the customer instead of dealing with the Manufacturer. Even when it came to a straight exchange of size with another garment they were completely obnoxious. The worst of it they argued in front of our 7 year old child by shouting us down and frightening them. Jason at a later date had the audacity to tell our child off for eating out of their sandwich box. These people are abusive and I would suggest that if possible Customers go to the Manufacturers directly for business and for Schools to find another Supplier.

Awful service, extremely reluctant to return faulty goods.
Poorly manufactured garments, highly priced.
Unhelpful and augmentative staff . We have no choice but to buy from here. Avoid where every you can, only purchase mandatory uniform only and buy plain shirts, trousers, etc. elsewhere.

Aweful. Make sure you get a printed order, not just a receipt

Aweful service. Ordered our uniforms but they don't hand out copies of our order to check. It was scrbbled on a peice of paper and then you pay for what you think you've ordered. You then go away and wait for a promised call/text/email to let you know when your order has arrived. So we assumed all was well. After no call we decided to drop by and check if the order had arrived. It had...but was incomplete!! We complained as their guarantee that items would be ready by school start fell short. After a heated discussion with the very rude manager, their argument was we had only paid for the items delivered so it was tough luck. Fair enough..we don't expect freebies but at least put the order in correctly, charge for what you say you are ordering and give the customer a copy of the order so they can check. So...make sure you get a copy of your order ON PAPER before you leave and check it because they don't care if they get things wrong.

We came to this shop for my sons school uniforms the gentlemen who helped us was called Jason the service he provided for us was fantastic.A credit to him and to the company thank you so much we will definitely be shopping here again.I highly recommend this place and Jason the assistance.
