Schmidt Kitchens Barnet

Over promise and undeliver. Schmidt Barnet (in this case the Hampstead Garden Suburb branch) don’t do what they say they will and miss every deadline they set themselves by weeks. Rather than apologise and fix things, they hide, get defensive and obfuscate. Do not use.

I had my kitchen designed mid last year. When i first approached Schmidt i was unsure and almost nervous on how to approach my kitchen project. I had no idea about the new design trends or what appliances will serve me best. Clara has not failed me make me feel very comfortable and has informed me about everything related to kitchens, appliances and the quality product. Her vast knowledge of everything has helped me discover what i am actually looking for. Absolutely excellent service. I cannot express my love for my kitchen and appreciate all the quality service i received from Clara and the Team.

Had my kitchen installed by Schmidt last year and was very impressed by their service. Have just had my wardrobes replaced by them and am really pleased with the result. Rashida, was very helpful though out the project and their team was very flexible 😊 😊 😊.

I don’t very often write reviews, in fact these days it tends to be more for complaints than any other reason. However after my experience with Schmidt Barnet, it is a complete joy to be able to share the fact that finally I have found a company that delivers what it promises with a 5* rating From choosing a kitchen, to designing a model, to ordering and delivering the kitchen, the whole process was made easy and enjoyable by the professionalism of the whole staff there. Even my indecision's and “changing my mind” was dealt with patience and good humour. The real test however came along with nightmare builders, rouge electricians and plumbers and all matters of issues! Yet, the manager Rob along with Rashida, Matt and Alex kept me going with their reassurances, working alongside me every step of the way and not once did I hear words “ Sorry, it can’t be done” My deepest gratitude goes out to everyone at Schmidt Kitchens Barnet, the words Thank You just don’t seem enough but Thank You !

She took the time to get to know us and didn't try to push her agenda at all. Always on hand which is very re assuring when you're spending this kind of money. Wouldn't have a problem reccomending to anyone! Very happy!x
