SBM Glazing Ltd

This is the 3rd time I have used SBM Glazing, I have found them to be totally professional in every aspect. From start to finish they are with you all the way, suggestions of product, style, fitting and costs.
The 1st job was for 36 windows, 6 doors & very large ground floor glass panel (student accommodation unit Southampton).
The 2nd job was to supply and fit 4 flats in Pyrford again an excellent job.we accidentally broke a pane, informed SBM and they generously gave us a replacement free of charge.
The 3rd job is for 4 x 4 bed houses in Twickenham supplying coloured aluminium windows, bi-fold rear doors, center lanterns and front composite doors with glass side panels. What has been fitted so far looks superb.
I would highly recommend this company. They are professional in every aspect and excellent on quality and price. They make everything at there factory thus eliminating mistakes.

Extremely frustrating and disappointing. There was a lack of transparency and serious concerns about the integrity of their service. I would not recommend them to anyone seeking a trustworthy and professional provider. I hired them to replace my windows, install new bifold doors, and fit a skylight roof. Unfortunately, they removed the bay window without providing proper support, which resulted in significant cracks in both side walls. I consulted two architects to investigate the issue, and both confirmed that the damage was caused by the window being replaced without the necessary support. In the end, the company denied their mistake and refused to fix the problems they caused. The team who came to fit the window were clearly in a rush, and the skylight was fitted poorly. Furthermore, the bifold doors were missing the ventilation component in the middle, and I had to wait for months for them to return and complete the installation—leaving me exposed to the cold throughout the winter.
