I contacted SBD out of hours on a Saturday having been let down by another company.
SBD turned up within an hour, dealt with my issue promply and charged me £140 less than the original company that kept me waiting for 3 hours then cancelled.

Without hesitation Sam carried out a survey at a late family members home and came back within a couple of hours with a verbal report. Within 48 hours the problem was solved and photos provided as I live over 100 miles from the property. Despite not being 'local 'he got on with the job.. I returned his faith with immediate payment by bank transfer. Very refreshing to get this kind of service. Thank you.
