The so called Area Manager “Basharat” was quick to take calls and accept the business for exterior wall insulation covered by the government grant. He charged me £500 to pay for scaffolding which I now understand I should have not been charged as its all inclusive.
It has been now 3 months whereby they have not visited the site since starting work, the work has been half done with site left in a mess with scaffoldings up in front and back of house blocking entry and exit points.
He does not take any calls or returns any voicemails or messages and the company “Saviour Energy Solutions Ltd” likewise does not callback for any voicemail messages.
I finally got through to someone at the company, they took couple of my calls initially and promised to call me back in the next couple of hours, however in both occasions they have not! They have now stopped taking any call or retuning my messages as they can see which number the call is coming from and decide to forward it to voicemail.

these people li3 and d8m8ge your property. do not contact these unprofessional. always li3 and when you call them they actually hang up on you, they promised to complete the job which they never did. they li3 and ask for cash money to do the job even though the government gives them the money. biggest li@rs i wish i never contacted this th@gs in my life. r@cist builders who spout 8bus1ve and language at you. im from birmingham. going to call trading standers to get this company out of the uk.

Please DO NOT use this company. They took 18 weeks to complete a 3-week job. Contacting trading standards, council, local paper. It was a nightmare. We had to constantly plead to them to finish our work. All positive reviews are either fake or own employees.

Since April they doing work on my mum house been 4 months still waiting to finish it they have damage her shed have tried calling number no answer tried the head office number the say they call back but no luck my advice is just DO NOT GO TO THEM AT ALL worst mistake mum did was trying to get it done from them

Boiler replacement and underfloor insulation work to make my home more energy efficient and warmer as part of the Eco3 company.

Boiler installation had leaks, installed incorrectly and kept breaking down. Left me without heating for the winter of 2021/2022 and refuse to acknowledge it was due to their workmanship until Gas Safe were called in to inspect work.

Underfloor insulation incomplete and and then was told they would only do it to minimum requirements. Cement poorer on my property and down my drain. Left their litter and cigarette butts everywhere.

House remains cold and bills have increased. They are an outfit after yours or governments money.

Customer service is questionable and their working to standards that pass necessary requirements to be ‘safe’. I only got traction once I involved ombudsman but then the remedial was again of low standard. It took a year to get something out of them.
