Not recommended! Unprofessional, disorganised, not customer focused. We had Save Energy install 15 solar panels, an inverter and 3 batteries. Installation was due to be carried out in April but it took them 3 attempts and over a month to install the panels since some parts had not been ordered. The independent electrician contractors, whom they use, also took 3 attempts to get the system working properly.
It then took them more 7 months for Save Energy to provide the MCS and Electrician certificates, and get DNO export approval so we could we export our surplus energy!. Luckily I held back the final balance otherwise I am sure we would still be waiting.
I complained to the owner 3 times and only got an answer on the last occasion when I deducted money from the final payment for the stress, delays and lost income from being unable to export surplus energy to the grid. He accepted the deduction, but provided no apology!

Very reasonable pricing and excellent workmanship.
