After years of searching for a reliable IT consultant, we've finally found a Gem in Suzanne. She continues to provide us with support services to our music and distribution business. We asked Suzanne to help sort our network printers, which had issues with multi operating systems across the company. She was friendly, fast and efficient, turned up on time and stayed until we were completely satisfied everything was working to our satisfaction. It was a tricky job trying to get different windows based computers to work together, but she stuck at it until resolved. She is a genuine person who wants to please her customers and cares about her work. I would recommend her to anyone with computer issues.

Suzanne was helpful and explained everything clearly. She gave me some really helpful advice as well as repairing my ailing PC. She worked quickly and efficiently, helping to keep the costs down, and was extremely knowledgable.
