The service I received from this company was amazing. From the date of ordering the goods through to the completion of the fitting I have nothing but praise for this firm. Nothing was too much trouble for the fitters , they moved, dismantled and rebuilt furniture in the bedrooms. They worked really efficiently leaving nothing for me to clear up and were at all times professional and pleasant

I’ve been in the carpet and flooring industry since the age of 16, I have over 30 years of knowledge dealing with domestic and commercial installations of all sizes, I’m a fully trained installer of hard flooring and carpeting, I now run a business and my daily duties include sales, purchasing, management of installers, customer service plus anything else that needs to be done to get great result

Sargeant carpets recently supplied and fitted carpeting throughout the upstairs of our newly refurbished home. They were very accommodating to our changing circumstances and happy to reschedule the fit on numerous occasions. From our first contact with Craig Sargeant we felt that we were dealing with someone who really cared about giving a personal service. The carpet we chose was not in his showroom but he was able to get it for us & kept it until we were ready even though that turned out to be longer than expected because completion on our new build house was delayed. Despite the complications of having just re-opened for business after lockdown, once again Craig Sergeant and his team provided a great service in the selection and fitting of carpets, this time for our hall, stairs and landing.
