Been here today for the first time. Had an emergency where my bath had cracked and water leaking through the ceiling. Was able to buy a tape to repair the crack so we can shower at least while we're waiting for a new bath to be fitted. Staff here very friendly and helpful. Thanks so much. Highly recommended store.

Always seems to have everything I need and offers useful advice. A much pleasanter experience than those huge DIY places. Ample parking too. What's not to like!

Rang to enquirer re two gates and posts. Was told man would be back
Later . I rang back explained what I needed to a quite rude woman who I heard ask the man "can you speak to this woman or are you too busy". Nah too busy he says ! Ring back! I don't think so! So Sapwoods owner I hope you're happy you've lost £200 sale and further sales from us. As needed other things too. Won't be recommending you . And you wonder why small businesses like you go under !

After a couple of attempts at my local B&Q to get some basic guttering bits for a straight forward job, and no joy in getting what was needed, I went to Sapwoods in Rochford and found everything needed with friendly service, one to one and cut to size for no extra charge.
I wish this shop was near us in north London but will certainly go again when next in the area.
