Ordered a 16” stuffed crust pizza. Was told it would be 20mins. Turns up 55 mins later in the disguise of a thin crust 11” pizza. When I rang and asked what happened to my order... First I was told I asked for something I didn’t, then when I repeated my ordered, I was told ‘well you’ve only paid for an 11” so it’s fine’. Cheers for re ordering my food and charging me accordingly. Things go wrong, it happens, am ok with that, but thanks for that person who takes the phone orders for putting me in my place. It’s probably was my fault. Cheers mr customers service guys. A+ for effort!!
