We have used Mark for a variety of home improvements over the past few years, the latest of which was a bathroom renovation with new internal partition wall. Mark is always professional, punctual and friendly. He completes all work to a very high standard and leaves things clean and tidy. Would recommend!

Mark Nugent came to my rescue after being repeatedly let down by my former roofer, over the past 3 weeks. Mark was friendly, prompt, courteous, he worked quickly and cleanly and did a fantastic job, and told me if I had any further issues, to get straight back to him. Even cleaned out my gutters while up there. If you're in need of a roofer/builder, with all the afore-mentioned attributes, then look no further than Sandyford Building Services. Thanks Mark, you're my new go-to. I am delighted and feel in Safe hands.

We have had an extension, dining room / kitchen knock though and garage conversion completed by Mark. We are delighted with the end result. Mark completed the work on time and on budget. Any issues that arose during the project were calmly and professionally resolved. Mark is a pleasure to deal with, always keeps you informed and is highly knowledgeable about all aspects of building work. All of the specialists that he brought into the job were top class. If I ever have any further building work done Mark will be the first person I call. 5 stars all the way !

Mark has just finished my single story extension and i’m absolutely delighted, thank you so much! Mark complete this on time and within a very tight budget, which was a challenge, but working with me, he done it! He kept me updated all the way through and even took the time to explain what was happening when i didn’t understand, and advised me when I asked for his advice. Mark is very polite, experienced and professional, nothing was a bother to him.He arrived on time and left everything clean and tidy. Mark was recommended to me by an architect who done my plans and speaking from experience now, I can highly recommend his work, you will not be disappointed. So, if you are looking for a good builder, to do a great job, at a good price, I would definitely contact Mark. Thanks again Mark for a great job!

Ground floor extension

I have to say I was worried about organising an extension to our ground floor to create a shower room and utility room. I count myself extremely lucky to have come across Mark Nugent who was amazing right from our very first conversation. The extension is exactly as we planned it and was completed in time frame promised for price quoted. Mark took away all of the stress , doing things like introducing us to a great architect and liasing with building regs. Goes out of his way to make sure you are happy with everything and keeps you informed about how things are progressing. A great guy - can’t believe i stumbled across him by seeing his board up outside houses on my daily walk to work !
