Great service is still out there

Sandringham Windows replaced our door, and I am really impressed with the service and the quality of the product, the price was also very good value. Anything I asked for was as if it was an everyday request, nothing was too much trouble, and the fitters were professional and knowledgeable, but at the same time friendly. I can't fault them, thanks very much.

Excellent family run business and a pleasure to do business with.

Jim (owner/sales) was very professional and informative, and unlike other companies, he didn’t try to put pressure on us to place an order. Chris (surveyor) was very approachable, whilst remaining professional, and was very thorough. Extra special mention to Zoe (office) who was extremely patient when our order needed to be amended due to a minor structural issue. Her colleague Amanda (office) was also very polite, helpful, and responded quickly to emails. Connor and Haydon (installers) were very approachable and professional, and cleaned up after they had undertaken their work. They did a lovely job of installing our new door which we are both very pleased with. Thank you all very much for all your hard work and efforts which we both appreciate. We have no hesitation in recommending you and will buy from you again.

Would highly recommend

I would and will recommend Sandringham Windows Norfolk to everyone I know. All the staff that work there from the initial quote, surveyor, the office staff and the installation team are all first class. All staff members are polite, extremely helpful and nothing is too much trouble. The windows we purchased are beyond my expectations, the choice of style, colour, design, time frame and price are superior in all aspects. Have received many compliments from neighbours and friends.

Great service, great quality - would 100% recommend

Recently Sandringham Windows replaced 4 of our windows in our 200-year old cottage. Your team were a delight to have around, they were polite, friendly, tidy and clearly knew what they were doing. Your main man Stuart kept me posted on various changes (in terms of which window they were going to do next) and all of the guys (I've seen a fair few of your team!) were just really nice. I couldn't be more pleased with the result. The following week I had our trusted builder around for another job elsewhere and he actually commented on how neatly the windows had been done and how well it all looked! Would not hesitate to recommend Sandringham Windows, and I'm already contemplating having the remaining 3 windows done in the spring. I should also mention Tim from the sales team who did an excellent job in answering my many questions and amendments. Thank you all so much.

Sandringham windows fitted my new casement windows and door.The guys were fantastic. The staff were brilliant any queries were dealt with quickly. Had so many compliments from passers-by.Highly recommended brilliant service from start to finish.
