Sanding & Finishing Specialist

After using this guy, I now have a series of parallel sanding marks running the full length of my wooden floors. But apparently “that always happens with parquet”. The undulations in the floor that cause the lines to be broken are all down to “whoever has sanded the floor in the past”.

Quoting from trade association standards; “it’s only classed as a fault if it can be seen looking directly above from head height”. Unless it’s on my floor: those aren’t faults because the floor was “so bad” beforehand.

Apparently I can have an independent assessment from the FCS(?) but if they agree with me that the work is sub standard he’s under no obligation to put it right because he’s not a member.

The final verdict: he thinks he’s done a good job. I don’t.

I used jamie for my floor sanding job I wanted doing, and I must say what a clean, tidy , hard worker he is, I was amazed to how well he got my old floor looking after years and years of it just being left, but oh my its like new now and me and my husband are so happy with it, we couldn't be happier , we both would defiantly recommend this company to anyone looking, he's great priced for the quality of work he does, and we would defiantly use him again, (good work jamie keep it up, )

I have had my floor done with this business , and I must say I am over the moon with it, it's amazing, like new. I would recommend this firm to anybody wanting this done, jamie the man that done it was really polite and such a hard worker, I couldn't praise him enough.must say defiantly contact them if you are wanting any floor sanding as you will be as happy as I am with mine, well worth the money and great priced to.
