Always good quality fresh produce and great service.

I call into this farm shop weekly, mainly to purchase logs, even though I normally buy some of the fab vegetables too. I have always found the staff very friendly and helpful. Would recommend everyone to call in and enjoy some good old fashioned service.

Popped in to this farm shop today to buy some nice flowers and my kid got a bounty ice-cream. When we opened a wrapper we realised that he has won another ice-cream, so we took this paper back to shop keeper to claim our prize. He was very incompetent and initially kept saying that we have to send it off.But it clearly said to present the wrapper to participating retailer to get a free ice-cream, That another two members of staff came along asking "what's the problem" and noone had a clue about the promotion, and just kept saying to send the wrapper off. Disgusting experience, my kid got upset. I didn't come across such a bad customer care in a long time. Will never visit again
