Great service, sorted my elderly parents tv box out at a moments notice. Absolute godsend. Turned up when promised, nice to receive old fashioned customer service these days. Thank you.

Have had surround sound speakers for many years, in both conservatory and living room, but never achieved the surround from TV programs. Richard arrived.... had a look, fitted something to one TV, and changed over cable conections on other tv. Now have Multi Speaker sound, and Dolby Sterio from TV's. Wish I had contacted the professionals years ago. Richard is so lade back and knows what he is doing, even though discussing with himself what he is doing. Much like a 60's child, Ha Ha! A fantastic family firm, with traditional family values and customer service.
