The worst customer service in this shop. I had the unfortunate experience of being serviced by a miserable lady. She was rude, obnoxious and extremely hostile. All this in front of my child! She should not be working in a customer facing role.

I am absolutely disgusted by the customer services at this shop. At the end of the day you would think they want to keep their business going especially through these unprecedented times. Rude and obnoxious. The list could go on. That lady is so miserable she needs help. Went into School Bell's a few doors down. For anyone looking for a pleasant experience and exceptional customer service go to SCHOOL BELLS. DO NOT ENTER SANC0 SCHOOLWEAR!!!! You will be truly disappointed that you had interaction and an experience with a very truly miserable person.
Sanco miserable lady said that a polo shirt was out of stock. I asked if any shop nearby would have them. She said can't order it and next door School Bells won't have it. We'll surprise surprise School Bells did have it. They can order and best customer service. Now on to my next review for School BELLS. 5 🌟
