Not happy with the service! Booked an end of tenancy clean for a small 2 bed flat that was left in a vert tidy condition. Paid £220. Checked the flat after the clean & I had to take pictures of the smudges and spills that were still on the sofas, mantlepiece, surfaces, & an entire drawer set was left untouched. I mentioned this to Samyx -they responded right away & sent the cleaner back but the whole process was very stressful as we had already given in the end of tenancy keys. I had to trust that the cleaner was going to give the keys back, spent lots of my time checking everything once again, & trust that the same cleaner who went back did what they'd say they do, & what they should have done the 1st time around.
I understand that things can be missed, but did not expect it to be on such a large level! Didn't get an apology for the lack of professionalism & bad service..
The cleaners who arrived also did not seem to understand what I explained to them and were not friendly at all.

Zara performs an excellent weekly clean of our home. She is prompt, efficient, meticulous and works hard. We are very happy with the high quality of her service - our home is always spotless. She is by far the best cleaner we've had in London in a very long time. The admin team at Samyx Cleaning is also excellent. They are professional, quick to respond and helpful. We have gone through several cleaning agencies in London - none compare to Samyx Cleaning and Zara in terms of the service quality and value for money. Overall we are very happy and highly recommend Samyx Cleaning.

Superb! Professional and amazing service!
I have used Samyx cleaning London for our end of tenancy cleaning and they did an immaculate job. The house looks like new again. Office communication was also great and their cleaners are the best.

The company was recommended by our friend and we are highly impressed.

Their team did a great job with my end of tenancy cleaning. They were fast and thorough. The flat was spotless. No issues checking out with my landlord. He even asked who I had used. I would highly recommend. They took much of the stress out of moving out.
