Deceiving and useless Samsung technical support

My Samsung Galaxy A51 failed and I took it to the Samsung shop in Highcross. They made me pay £40. The device was beyond repair, so they gave me a replacement. The whole process took 3 months, I did not have a phone for 3 months, no matter how much I called or how many emails I sent. I have never seen anything like this: huge delays, long waiting time or queues in the phone, over a week to reply an email… After 3 months, I received my replacement, a Galaxy A72. It lasted 4 months. One day suddenly it would not charge. I went to the Samsung support team in Highcross again. They say that since the phone has two hits it is no longer under warranty. The hits are superficial, two small scratch in the lateral of the phone, almost imperceptible and not at all the cause of the failing because after them the phone was just fine. Hopefully, the Citizens Advice people are so helpful, and they proved that this is a LIE. THE WORST SUPPORT TEAM EVER. And Samsung phones a bit faulty…
