Site with planning sold

Samson Estates help sell my site with planning approval for a residential scheme. I started to get offers within 4 weeks of marketing and the site was sold 2 months after accepting one of the offers. Extremely happy, as I received great advice from them throughout. They are very experienced and professional.

Retirement made easy

I obtained planning approval for a site in Hackney for large residential scheme. Samson Estates valued the site and sold it for me within 5 weeks. They explained the whole process to me from the beginning, made it look simple and then actually delivered on their strategy. I can now retire with peace.

Nice sales rep but dishonest company

I purchased a property from them that was built under their developer brand, Samson Homes. Unfortunately I have had a very bad experience with them refusing to fix a costly snagging issue. I feel they have been very dishonest in their excuses trying to get out of fixing the issue. I requested their formal complaints procedure over a month ago and have not received it. I need to go through their formal procedure before I can try to claim via the warranty. Its been very stressful and I would not recommend them. The sales rep was nice but I feel the company is dishonest.
