Disappointed couldnt sum it up, cheeky to expect payment

I have just been in today with my family,after my graduation. I suggest the shields sambucas as I thought it would be like north shields. Staff nice but i can honestly say it was the worst meal I have ever had.the pizzas,s were definitely shop bought,I would even say frozen.
If this is a restaurant,then I could open one.i would give them 1 star for their food.
