I have been practising Reflexology in Malvern for a number of years. It is such a lovely, deeply relaxing therapy, benefiting so many ailments and conditions. It relieves stress, and improves circulation. It does this by helping to release trapped nervous energy, which activates the body's self-healing. It works in harmony with orthodox medicine, thus improving your whole well-being.
