Salubrious Cleaning Services

Cancelled the service due to really bad experience, kept knocking our glass shower door off. Kept mentioning it & asking the company to take more care of our home, the company blamed our house builder instead of taking responsibility. Came back to dirty shoe prints on en-suite floor & carpets not hovered. Company claimed I owed two extra weeks money for cancelling because of notice period. This was never discussed previously & nothing was signed. Cleaner was abrupt & unclear with communication. We requested our key & advised would receive at a certain time that afternoon, that time elapsed & we were forced to seek an emergency locksmith to change our lock due to the lack of response we received. Our key was finally returned late into the evening after no response & we were forced to pay extra just to get rid. Terrible!
After speaking with Yell.com we can provide proof of communications and photo evidence as well as receipt for lock change with this cleaning company, if required.

Property: 3 floors - 3 living rooms, 1 kitchen, 8 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.

Condition: Left in a very poor state by Tenants - including dirt and stains on walls, contents, units, etc.

Clean: Excellent - deep cleaned entire property including cooker, bathrooms, skirting, flooring, windows plus more.

Service: Went above and beyond - went to the estate agents or local shops to collect items for me and trustworthy to be left with keys to the property for a week.

Overall: Saved me mass amount of stress/travelling as I live 200 miles away - the property in question looks amazing and presentable to be viewed by potential buyers.
