Do not use. Booked this company, they drove past the pick up point without stopping and the would not pick up the phone.

Misleading Quote

This firm is misleading, I rang for a quote and was quoted £45 pounds fo the round trip on February 13th. I had a quote for £60 from another company but went with Saltburn Taxis because of the cheaper quote. When I was picked up I paid the woman £45 as quoted. When she dropped me off she asked for £45, I said I gave it you this morning, she replied it was £90, I replied you quoted over the phone for the full trip £45. Nothing was said till today 11th June when she told my wife she was she was sending me an invoice for £45 pound. I am not happy on principal and made a compliant to trading standards. Alan Evans.
