Daylight robbery of money sauna did not work, place is dirty and staff are rude

Awful 🤢

When we went to the place the receptionist was extremely rude and unprofessional. When I requested a certain shisha she ignored me and brought down to the spa a random shisha that I didn’t ask for. Not only can’t she follow simple instructions regarding my order. She then proceeded to show us around the place and she says “yea, I forgot to tell you the sauna is out of order and we will refund you the money”

Didn’t think much of it at the time. The next day I used Instagram dm to ask for my refund the. Person running the insta page. Magically knew what to say and how apparently they have informed everyone via email which is a lie. I didn’t get a phone call, email or text informing.

I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone as it give you dodgy vibes + the hot tub water is dirty. Rude staff

they send email confirming it is refundable and reschedule tue date but it is lie
they take £50 at the door and they say once you come out we refund it back they will not

they say it is 100% private but it is NOT the receptionist comes inside without letting you know
they have cameras at jacuzzi

I bought a Groupon voucher which said wash cut & blow dry for this hairdressers in Walthamstow.
In the Highlights it states ‘ Beauty Buffs can embrace a new style or refresh their looks with a haircut and blow- dry”
I made an appointment, called Sals beauty & spa up yesterday to confirm I’m coming in for a cut, the receptionist confirms that I can get any cut I want. I go today for my appointment only to be told by the stylist that I can only get a trim! And she told me that what is meant by a cut is cutting it straight at the bottom! And cut jeans trim! What nonsense is that?
Also they state they are hijaab friendly but when I was there the stylist tells me they don’t have any screens and that they cut hair at the shopfront which can be seen clearly from outside street view- how is this hijaab friendly?
Don’t recommend this place- and it is not hijaab friendly so don’t waste your time.

Amazing service and experience. I had the ‘Mothers-to-be’ treatment package done and i loved it. The staff were very nice and welcoming and friendly and also, loved the pregnant- friendly massage i got. I’ve come out feeling brand new and would definitely recommend. I’ll definitely be going there again
