Had a balayage done over the weekend and I absolutely love it. A massive thanks to Faye and Hannah for making it perfect! Such friendly staff and such a lovely venue- will deffo be coming back again!

i did my hair here 3 times! and never been happy but i still gave it another chance! this time they really ruined my hair!i will start from what I was having.. I wanted full head of highlights and 2 highlights on the front.. Laura who did my hair she said that the hair colour that I wanted was not possible to make because my hair is to dark although I was already blonde.. But in the end they opened up very light.. But here is the problem she didn't make the highlights from the top as I asked or many of them they were made horribly and different colour from the highlights on the front.. Terrible I have never though I was going to be so disappointed! And the drying process and the “trying to straighten" my hair was.. omg terrible .. this was not done by laura but another girl .. she straight away used full on heat on my wet hair! i would never recommend this place they honestly don't know how to do it and they say.. it cannot be done! just say i don't know how to do it..

Visited this salon on recommendation from a friend. On arrival I was sat down after having my hair washed to wait for stylist Laura. Briefly discussed what I wanted & then told that picture I had wasn’t plausible. Went onto cut my hair that was really long waist length almost! Clarified I only wanted 1-2 inches off & think she took around 3. Has added shorter layer in at back of my hair & it now looks very blocky & uneven in levels. Really disappointed as was not cheap for cut £60 & didn’t even blow dry well. Hair looked flat & I could of done better myself. Will now not have my hair cut for at least 6 months to try & rectify the cut! Not the dream bouncy hair I was looking for. Will not be returning & if you have long hair do not go here save your money.

Visited Saks Exeter today and saw hannah for a cut and blow dry. Really happy with all aspects of the salon and amazing service. Am really happy with how my hair looked

I was a ‘walk in’ today for £25. Sofia was my stylist. In all the years I’ve had hair (50) I’ve never met anyone who got it so quickly and delivered exactly what I needed. I’m terrified of hairdressers just as other people are of dentists. Sofia did a brilliant job, all you need to do now Sofia is move up north.....we have lovely shopping.....Joanna x
