1. Band 'A' - providing 24/7 care for fully immobilised people with or without learning disabilities and/or other mental health issues who require a full assistance with feeding, washing, toileting and dressing.

2. Band 'B' - providing 24/7 care for partially disabled people with or without learning disabilities and/or other mental health issues who can drink and eat independently but require assistance with washing, dressing and toileting.

3. Band 'C' - 24/7 observation for people with full mental capacity who do not require assistance with feeding, dressing, toileting and only need medicine administration.

4. Band 'D' - Bed & Breakfast for friends and relatives who simply wish to enjoy the holiday accommodation and share the touristic trips organised for our residents.
