Staff are so rude, really lacking customer service experience!!!

Incompetent staff not being able to scan 2 small items then accuse customers of stealing. Bang out of order. Will never go back.

Collection from Argos for a pre paid item. Have to stand in a queue for the Sainsbury shopping. Get it sorted can you what's the point it paying up front. Staff under cover more interested in gossiping with each other than paying attention to customers waiting patiently in the in the rain

I really like this store. It has a pharmacy, clothing and home as well as Argos. They also have a fantastic free from and vegan friendly selection.

Since Argos was incorporated into this store, I have found it increasingly difficult to buy the goods I want. For example, today I wanted to buy;Southern fried chicken breasts, ripe and ready Conference pears, flat peaches,fresh figs, Sainsbury's version of chocolate and nut Cornetto,and a container of Chinese style vegetable stir fry. None of these were available.

I have had similar experiences over the past few weeks and am extremely disappointed that a store that I have used for practically all my shopping for the last 46 years (I include the previous Walsall store in this figure) is now unable to meet my needs. I have tried going on different days in the hope that there would be more on the shelves but each time, I have been unable to get everything I wanted and have had to visit other shops.

The low rating I have given the store does not reflect on the staff, who I have always found to be extremely helpful and polite.
