Sainsbury's

Stood in a queue this afternoon approx. 3pm and one person in front of me was being served. After I loaded my shopping onto the belt, I proceeded to wait over 10 mins before I was actually served. No-one behind me, so shop not particularly busy. The cashier was Richard on till 28. He was slow to say the least. He persisted to help the customer pack her bags even though she said no to his offer to help and kept leaving his till, walking around to her trolley and putting one bag in at a time! Given I had loads of freezer food this is an extremely long time to wait. The till next to me processed 4 customers in the time I stood there, If you were to take this average time it would mean in an hour he would serve 6 customers if he was lucky. Apparently he is not a new member of staff and 2 members of staff I spoke to whilst waiting said and he gets loads of praise for his performance and laughed. When I got home sadly 2 x ice creams had melted. Will not be returning

The worst thing Sainsbury have done is get rid of Customer Services if you take an item back you have to stand in a queue at the checkout snot good
