Saigon Nails

Not enjoyable. Girl could not speak English at all and I had to pay extra for her to file my nails and do cuticles! They did not have a price list when I asked for one. On the wall it said happy hour 12 till 5 but they said it was only for pedicures! Everything I asked had to be interpreted by a man at the desk. There were 2 big chairs I'm presuming are for pedicures as there was skin and nails all over the floor, which was filthy. Whole place dirty and dusty. My nails were files roughly with what looked like ancient dentist drills (dirty) and although I asked for shellac it was not but seemingly a cheap version. Nails at end still need filing to smooth as rough and catching on clothes. Polish on skin around my nails!! As for toenails I can't yet comment as the were done under a desk with me on one side and the girl on the other - not comfy!! I would not return if it were for free!!
