Hi, I’m Adam Clayton!
Thank you for your interest in my company.
I’m 33 and grew up in Narborough and Enderby. I now live in Blaby.
I started the business in November 2008 mostly as a subcontractor but also doing my own work as and when I could.
I did 600+ shop fits for age uk as well as fogging security systems at 50+ g4s depots nationwide.
We still subcontract to other companies as well as keeping our own customer base happy.
We do all Domestic, Commercial and Industrial electrical works including rewiring, fault finding, consumer unit/Distribution board upgrades, testing and inspection, data networks, all 3phase supplies and Commercial fire alarms to name a few.
I also like doing all smaller domestic jobs. Such as changing light fittings and switches / socket fronts to the usb type.
Safetech Electrical always work to a high standard and at competitive prices. We’re on Checkatrade too scoring 9.8/10 atm.
We’re a member of the Niceic approved contractor scheme (the registration number can be provided on request)
The Team:
I employ 3 full time Electricians (My Dad, John has 45+years experience Jay has 15years experience and Joel has 3years experience ) a plasterer (Dean) and a mature apprentice (Tom) plus I’m still on the tools as well as in the office. I’m in talks with my uncle (Gary 37 years experience ) who is also an electrician about joining our team. I have 2 other reliable subcontractors I use when I’m really busy.
We have Many happy customers that recommend us and used our services several times.

Joel is a hardworking and ambitious young man. He may look 15 but he is 20! He doesn’t stop even though he was diagnosed with diabetes earlier this year, this doesn’t affect his work. He Taught me my trade and got me through my apprenticeship and now helping me grow the business in this tough economic climate. He’s very methodical in his way of work. A true grafter still at 64 years of age he still loves working as an Electrician & project manager for me.

Heres kam, Our plumber, heating and gas safe registered engineer. He specialises in Combi boiler upgrades. He has 37 years experience in all areas. He also helps on the electrical work if and when required, lifting flour boards, wiring and chasing out. One of the funniest men I’ve ever met. A pleasure to work with and a very good friend of mine.

5The quotation was competitive ( we didn’t go with the cheapest) As usual with this type of work there was some mess but they cleaned up after themselves. I would have no hesitation in recommending them. The work was supply and fit new consumer unit and various other upgrades to lighting and other devices.
They also relaid a floor damaged by a plumber.
