I had a reply to my last review BUT its all a lie to make people think they are concerned BUT they seriously do not care. Once they have your money your ignored.
I Paid £15,000 for new windows and doors, fitted over 2 days BUT there are loads of problems, the patio doors need replacing, the front arch needs replacing, ALL THE LOCKS are cheap ones that a locksmith says he could break into within 90 seconds and I have sent 6 emails, called 19 times and had 3 of your people out and EVERY SINGLE one of them have lied through their teeth, they all say, (I will make sure it is sorted out), Still nothing, another one lied to my face. I had to get an emergency locksmith out costing £125 that they said I would get back straight away, STILL WAITING. I advise all social media and trustpilot DO NOT USE SAFESTYLE, they are a disgraceful company and will cause you nothing but heartache. You should be ashamed of yourselves.

0 stars if had option: Desperately poor service; let down twice on a Saturday booked in advance as apparently person had 'rung in sick' then next they 'got a flat tyre' resulting in hours & hours wasted waiting so thought help and put back to th Monday...the 3rd time..guess what?: salesman never turned up! Not bothered so called. Told FOR 4TH appointment by an equally horrible person that you are not allowed a quotation if both of couple not present? Ridiculous! Very amateur lot. Avoid.

Appalling installation and terrible customer care

We signed up to have new windows and doors. They were the most expensive of the 4 quotes, but we liked the product, specification and felt assured by the name and 10 year no quibble guarantee.

The salesman said they would complete each room and clean up after themselves before moving on to the next room. We were told on Day 1, they would complete upstairs then move on downstairs on Day 2. He said it would be left clean and tidy, they would even hoover up and would be stress free for us. He couldn't have been further from the truth.

They started upstairs where we had moved and covered furniture. From there on, they just bulldozed their way through our home. They didn't complete one room at a time. They threw filthy dust sheets on the carpets which didn't protect them properly so mess was left all over. They didn't work as a team of two. We saw one man drag a nearly 7 foot window up a ladder and over scaffolding. They dragged brand new windows and doors over concrete paths, gravel, grass and dirt. On the first day, when they should have been working upstairs, one man starting looking at the kitchen window. I asked it they were going to start on the kitchen as it needed to be cleared and covered and I needed to get my dog out of the way to somewhere safer. No he said, but within a minute started hitting the kitchen window from outside with a hammer covering worktop with dust and rubble. We were totally ignored by one man and our constant requests for them to let us know which rooms they intended to work on next, were also ignored and one man thought it was ok, to use our kitchen appliances without asking. This just shows how they feel they can treat peoples homes. We just wanted them to do a decent job for which we had paid but after they left, we found poor quality work, damaged frames and panes and many problems with the installation.

We spent hours cleaning up after them inside and out. We cleaned all the windows and doors off and then started walking around listing all the obvious problems. We emailed the list and a 4 page letter of complaint on 10th June. They sent a remedial man out to repair the damage. He spend over 10 hours repairing the faults, on 4 different days, over 2 weeks. We still have damage to repair on the inside of many windows but we would rather do this ourselves, to get it done properly.

My complaint on 10th June has gone unanswered. I have chased them many times but the complaint keeps being closed, as the remedial work shows as being done. I have explained several times that if someone bothered to read the letter, it wasn't just about the remedial work but the fitters work, behaviour, lack of communication and incorrect information from the salesman. After losing my patience on my last telephone, I asked if he had read my email because nobody else had. Yes he just had, so I asked if Safestyle thought this treatment was acceptable . After numerous telephone calls, emails and 6 weeks of being ignored, he finally said no, I apologise(the first one to date) and I'll pass your comments on to a manager. That's it. Even the apology was half hearted. Finally he agreed to a goodwill gesture of £100 and to reply to my complaint. I explained it wasn't about the money but all I wanted was for somebody to admit this was not acceptable, so I said I would accept, so long as I got a proper response to my letter. The cheque arrived the following week but 2 weeks on and still no reply to my complaint.

Safestyle should be totally ashamed of themselves. As a professional company, they are a joke. The actual products that they sell appears to be good, but our experience is they are happy to employ bad fitters and customer service staff who don't investigate complaints. I feel like I am beating my head against a brick wall and can see why

I agree with all your comments. Almost a carbon copy of what we went through. At one point I hadn't got a window in my house as all were removed at the same time and it was raining. Broken glass in my carpets, damage to outside property, fitters on mobile phones constantly, they lost the keys to the front door and had to have a locksmith come out. They even installed the wrong window in the wrong room. I had to have another fitter come to my house to put things right.

Me too - just in the middle of total nightmare with them. I have never ever dealt with such rude, unprofessional people in the whole of my life. Wish I could cancel my contract right now but the law is not on my side.
