Manager called me a lier. Said he had no facility to take payment for DHL, even though I’d done it 3 times in the previous 3 weeks at the same store. I even showed him the receipts. I was arguing with a ignorant narcissist

this company they are sharks do not use we are terminating all our contracts with them

Very bad experience with Alligator Storage Nottingham
1. They forced me me to buy expensive insurance which I didn't need.
2. Their lift went out of action for 3 months. Stranding my stuff on the top floor when I wanted to vacate. They refused to give me any discount, instead writing to me increasing their prices.
3. When their lift went back into action, I got trapped in the lift when I finally escaped complained to an employee he was extremely rude, saying it was all my fault.
4. The front door onto the main stairwell were freshly painted with white gloss paint, without barrier tape, or wet paint signs. I got gloss paint all over my new £200 superdry jacket. I asked about getting it cleaned, they were really cagey and unhelpful, the jacket is ruined.
5. I found out the hard way that rear gate locks you INSIDE the compound 15minutes BEFORE closing time. There's no other way out and when you try and call you get forwarded to their head office in another city.
Not recommended.

Don't use! was given a quote...seemed very cheap at first, until they add their hidden charges/costs. Will never use again!

I have joined alligator storage the whole process was easy and the staff were great made everything easy and simple including the great removal company they recommended it was great all round after reading the last review I was dubious but the two girls there are amazing so must of had a staff change
