We needed electricity safety check for sale of property. Matthew was very professional, tidy and polite. Great to talk to, shared his knowledge and gave us advice. We will use this company again. Highly recommended :)

We needed outside sockets for a carport. Safespark were recommended by some friends, who had used their services. A pleasant friendly chap, named Jay, arrived, and did a survey of our electrics, and then started work. He also found a cable with a broken casing, and removed it as there was live wire exposed. Sockets were fitted , and the area left clean and tidy. Happy to recommend.

Don’t touch this firm with a barge pole as they may let you down

I invited Safespark to replace a faulty fuseboard on behalf of my 91 year old father last year when we were still under lockdown, when agreeing the appointment I pointed out that my father is elderly and had been shielding as per government guidelines.

Matthew the owner of the company and two young apprentices in their twenties arrived without any of them wearing masks or PPE, i politely expressed my concern about my dads safety to Matthew as government safety regulations at the time restricted the number of households allowed indoors. However I asked him to kindly carry on with the job and left them to go and get them some coffee and when I returned minutes later the three of them had disappeared.

To this day I have absolutely no idea why they left as Matthew did not answer the phone when I called shortly after when I realised they hadn’t just popped out for materials. I believe being professional and having consideration for the elderly is not too much to ask.
