Safegard Security

I called Safegard and asked them to give me a price for an intruder alarm at my new home. Matt came over the next day to look at my home and the quotation was sent to me that same day. The installation was great and they were tidy throughout. My new alarm is connected to my phone through an app which is great. Thanks for the alarm, lets hope it never gets used in earnest!

Safeguard security came out to install security cameras at our house. The level of service was amazing throughout the whole process. The guys worked quickly and efficiently. The job was completed in no time at all and the picture quality is the best I’ve seen. I’d highly recommend the guys at safeguard. My parents are now having the same kit installed at their home. 5 star. Thankyou.

We have been aware of Safegard for just over two years. In that time we asked for an initial meeting to discuss our inherited system, which had to be swiftly followed by another request. On both occasions they failed to take place as either in the first case 'sorry, forgot' or in the second 'sorry, nothing in the diary'. Pretty poor start but we persevered. Turned out to be a mistake. System installed, and for which we were paying, required bi-annual service visits but only managed to get one. Many unanswered emails 'sorry, I don't look at my emails much', and finally after over twelve months of nothing 'Oh, there is an outstanding bill, followed by 'there has been a fault on your system for five months or so'. Good that they knew about it (we didn't) but, given the money we were paying, quite inept that they didn't arrange for prompt remedial action. And no, why would anyone pay for something that they didn't get.
Needless to say we have parted company. Regrets? None at all.

We would thoroughly recommend Mark and Marcus to anyone wanting to get the best security system, first class product, mobile app gives control anywhere. Fitting was painless, very considerate and courteous in the home. Thank you

This company was extremely helpful in advising and checking out an existing alarm which we have inherited when we bought our latest house. Matt arrived on time for his appointment with us, and was very knowledgeable about our alarm, as well as being a very affable charming gentleman, such an asset in this day an age. 10 out of 10 for service, give this young man a rise.
