Kevin and Mick installed our bedroom bay window today and we are delighted with the result. Both men are very skilled and are perfectionists. We will definitely use this company again. We are very happy customers.

Just had replacement windows and new composite door fitted by Safe Seal NE , had three quotes for the job, not only did they come out the cheapest, I also had seen them do work at my Mother-in Laws Home.
There was no pressure when being given the quote. Dave said, that’s my price, given while he was here, he said he wouldn’t contact me any further.
I decided to go with the company, before the coronavirus lockdown, I contacted them when it eased, they fitted the windows within three week of the order, we had a problem with the door, it was too big, no problem, at all, the ordered a new one and returned within three weeks with another door, perfectly fitted. The tradesmen were clean, no decorating needed. Very please with everything, price, quality and work. No problem recommending this company.

This company is the best presented I could find around sunderland, I visited other workshops/showrooms and found this one this coupled with the advice and knowledge provided by Dave and Daniel to be my choice. There was no follow up to try and force a sale once a quote was provided and the price given was comparable with a couple of others Id had. The installation which was for 2 bays, 8 windows and a composite door was carried out on time and the outcome is superb. This was carried out in late Sept. 2017. I would thoroughly reccomend this firm to anyone.
