Steve of S Williams Plumbing and Heating has just completed a full refurbishment of my mum's bathroom to assist her in her maturing years. Steve was always punctual, went above and beyond and nothing was too much trouble. He remained with the job every day until it was completed. Every aspect of his work was carried out to the highest standard along with the additional, unexpected, but necessary repairs that arose. I had peace of mind during the whole process as Steve would not disregard any potential problem that came along and discussed things with me throughout. Steve was kind and considerate of my mum and we felt comfortable that all was in safe hands given his excellent quality of work undertaken, knowledge and experience. We certainly hold Steve, his skills and his professionalism in the highest regard and have no doubt in fully recommending him.

My BATHROOM TAP was loose and leaking so called up S Williams Plumbing & Heating to see if he could help.After explaining to him the problem without any hesitation he came out to take a look..He found the problem and explained what had happened and what was needed to be done to fix the Leak of which I got him to do. This was an exceptional service at short notice which I thanked Steve for.

Steve is a very personable and enthusiastic tradesman. He accepts no compromise and always looks to complete his work to a high standard. If you're looking for a quick fix Steve is not your man as attention to detail is his priority. He was a pleasure to have in the house and we are very satisfied with the outcome.
