S T 14 Station Taxis

Just called them and asked where my taxi was and he said that I didn’t come out when I was getting ready so I called them back and he said he isn’t sending another taxi!!!

Absolutely disgusting. Charged £25 from Hmp Sudbury to Tutbury and Hatton train station. Uber was charging £8. I'd expect that price from them. No meter in place to see a running charge and no display showing drivers badge. I asked the driver why i was charged 4 times the price and got a shrug of shoulders.
In hindsight I shouldn't have got in, never mind paid that fee but new to area and was only number given. Avoid avoid avoid

Do not turn up, left 8 teenagers stranded in the middle of the countryside at 1.30am with no way of getting home! Despite booking a few days in advance and confirming the booking by telephone. Absolutely irresponsible beyond belief, when rang to ask when the taxi was coming were told it wasn’t and they had no cars available. Also no reply to email or any apology. DO NOT Trust this company with your loved ones safety !! ! I guess money talks and they had a higher paying fair.

Don't order a taxi from here in the morning. Rude and stroppy drivers won't even turn up sometimes, but if they do turn up then they will have the cheek to get annoyed at you and make sarcastic comments if youre as little as 30 seconds late.

One of the morning drivers has even said very inappropriate comments to my girlfriend in the past.

Another one drove off before the time we even booked the taxi for.

Other drivers seem pleasant and friendly but the morning drivers are to be avoided at all costs.

Avoid at all costs. Rang to book a taxi as the rank wasn't open arranged to wait outside rank in 15 minutes, driver never turned up so rang again to be ignored three times and waited an extra 15 minutes. Also driver sounded very hostile on the phone not polite and as if you were putting him out!
