I contacted Simon and he was able to attend my two properties and perform EICR testing (Electrical Installation Condition Report) which I would be using for sale of the residential properties. During the course of the works I found that Simon was quick, efficient and friendly he was able to carefully explain the remedial work that was needed at each property. At the first property some parts needed to be ordered which required a second visit, at the second property the rectification was completed the same day. Simon spent a total of 9 hours for the complete works. Simon was able to issue the NAPIT certificates from his laptop followed by the invoice for the work, in both instances links to the documents came by email.
