5Simon answered all my queries at the quotation stage, and made me feel comfortable with the effort and detail to be spent on ground works preparation; I felt this necessary to ensure any driveway would last for many years. We agreed a price, backed-up with a detailed quote, which other suppliers did not to itemise in the same detail. The quote was also competitive.
While deciding on block colour, we swapped at the very last minute to a different block and colour, and Simon's pricing was flexible and transparent. At no point did I feel I would be overcharged. I inspected the works regularly and this was always to a high standard. Most of the work completed in less than 2-weeks, and some finishing touches added later. Payment was only requested at the very end. Overall we have a great design and great finish!
