S P Maintenance

Steven and his team have replaced my roof and rebuilt chimney. Very pleased with the work, fair quote and polite and friendly guys. Its the third time that I've used SP Maintenance and have to say that for any property maintenance issues Steven is my first 'port of call'. Recommended

SP Maintenance, Steve has plastered 2 rooms, laid laminate flooring in 2 rooms plus a long wide hallway. Replaced doors, fitted light fitting. Removed and replaced radiators. Kitchen tiling, with another floor ready to have laminate flooring put down. I have a lounge and a 3rd bedroom Steve will be plastering and laying new floor. Can't fault his work, courteous and polite and doesn't charge the earth. Very highly recommended, in fact he has been doing work for ex work colleagues due to the high standard of work he does.

very helpful approachable friendly had my dinning room plastered and wooden floor fitted by Steven nothing to much trouble and left everything clean and tidy at end of each day would highly recommend I am now booked in for skimming bathroom ceiling and fitting skirting in dinning room no job is to big or small

Fantastic service. Nothing is ever too much trouble. Has done numerous jobs for me now including fitting floor tiles, fitting new taps and re-felting my shed. Very friendly and affordable. Would highly recommend.

Back again to do more work. So far he has fitted a kitchen including pipework and extra electric sockets. Stud wall and plastering. Fitting new skirting boards. Now he has reboarded and plastered a wall and skimmed the ceiling. Always excellent quality work and materials and cleans up after himself. Happy to recommend. Will definitely be using him again.
