Fixed our window first time!

Our bedroom window has been broken shut for the best part of 6 months. The handle mechanism snapped leaving our window in a locked position. We have had multiple contractors come to attempt to fix our window and all have failed, one even advised we’d have to replace the entire window unit! Gary came today and was able to fix the broken handle mechanism first time and we now have a working window again. Great service and very friendly. Would highly recommend his services!

Outstanding customer service and Saved Our Sanity.

We were in a bind during a house move and had SOS recommended, they responded very quickly and were totally flexible working around our very dynamic timescales due to numerous issues at our end. They showed up at the agreed time, got us entry to our new property quickly and changed out a cylinder there and then. Considering what that was thrown at them, they were friendly, understanding, courteous and professional throughout and the bill was totally reasonable.

I can’t recommend their service highly enough and we will definitely be using them again when we complete the security review on the property in a few months time.

Could not recommend highly enough. We look after a number of high level holiday homes around Kent. When the guests arrived late on a Friday and the lock failed and unable to get in Gary was amazing and came out. He gained access and found the fault. Made a temporary repair until the new part was delivered. The lock failed one more time before the new part arrived and when we rang him he did not delay and was straight down

Customer service, skill and knowledge second to none. You won’t go wrong with sos locksmiths

Front Door Lock

I had a broken front door lock, phoned SOS Locksmiths who came out and identified the problem, fitted new locking mechanism and fixed the issue within minutes. Great service and would definitely recommend to others.
