Extremley frustraing and time wasting

Purchased a van second hand and have now been waiting 4 months for the service history to arrive. Also the van was supposed to have had work carried out before hand and half of the stuff wasn't completed. Been calling once a week and keep getting broken promises

Great Mobility service

Great Service and very polite Staff, being a EX Mobility customer was a breath of fresh air better then the Volkswagen garage in Bridgwater were they ended telling me to leave because he argue for not have booked in after the 2nd time. it was worth the extra trip.
Also great area for getting a snack as there is a transporter cafe 10 minute away great bacon butty and a cuppa tea.
Well worth going back

Fantastic service

We were on holiday when a warning light came up on our van. From the first phone call the service was fantastic, booked in straight away, checked & fixed within 2 hours of the problem occuring allowing us to continue our holiday without worry. All of the staff were very friendly & helpful.

Professional, personable & a great experience

Great experience purchasing a car at SMV commercials. They were informative and helpful throughout, weren't pushy and helped me make the purchase that was best for me. Aftercare has been great - checked I was happy with the car and when I had questions they were more than happy to help. The service was to a standard that I shall be returning for future services. Thank you for ensuring the process was smooth and hassle free.
